Returns & Exchanges

At Moonshot Games, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Print the label and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been received at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or your new exchange items will be shipped out.
